Membership in The Yield Room grants access to timed, verified investment windows. To maintain trust, integrity, and compliance, all members must adhere to the following Code of Conduct.

Confidentiality

Members must keep all issuer information, access windows, and communications private.

Sharing confidential materials or access links is prohibited.

Accurate Information

Members must provide truthful information during registration, verification, and investment activities.

False or misleading submissions may result in removal from the platform.

Proper Use of the Platform

Members must not:

• Attempt to bypass access controls
• Misuse automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies
• Interfere with system security
• Harass or abuse team members or issuers
  

Respect for Regulatory Requirements

Members must comply with all eligibility rules, including those related to:

• Accredited investor status (where applicable)
• Investment limits
• Anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering regulations
  

Responsible Participation

Members are solely responsible for their investment decisions.

You must review issuer documents, disclosures, and risks before participating.

No Manipulation or Misrepresentation

Members may not engage in:

• Market manipulation
• False claims about investment opportunities
• Misleading statements regarding issuer performance
• Coordinated attempts to affect price or activity of listed companies
  

Platform Integrity

The Yield Room may suspend or terminate membership if a member:

• Violates this Code
• Compromises platform integrity
• Engages in unlawful behaviour

This Code may be updated periodically. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updates.
